clearing the cache

Postby martinkil » Sat Feb 23, 2019 11:16 am

I have a user who is having problem accessing Patternform. He has to clear his cache everyday to be able to login to the forum - and hence Patternform, Is anyone else having a similar problem ? or is technically savvy enough to suggest what the problem might be ?

If I want a valid certificate I need to pay for one, and since I don't store any sensitive information, and since it cost nothing to join the forum there's no need for one.

Has this user tried flushing his DNS Cache ?
https://support.4it.com.au/article/flush-dns-windows-10/

Check also that his browser is updated to the latest version as well.
He may also want to make sure that Window Updates are sorted out as well.
