Re: Tuesday's Cards are online
Have a great time at Cheltenham Martin and be lucky
Re: Tuesday's Cards are online
1.30 - L´ami Serge - 7-2 win
Solid form and the pick of the home contingent. Unbeaten in three starts and is the form pick
2.05 - Gods Own - EW - 40-1 Oh so very close ... until the winner pulled away - nice EW price
On chasing form is third top rated having won the grade 1 Ryanair Novices' Chase and the Grade 2 Haldon Gold Cup (beating subsequent Gade 1 winner Balder Succes twice). Has run 10lb below that form on it's last two start and that sort of form will see him out the back. But he's been given a break and will be back on better going today
which could see a return to form. If he bounces back then the 40-1 will look very big.
2.40 - shortlist - What A Warrior EW 33-1 - The Druids Nephew Won, Mendip Express, Theatre Guide (3 dutched) - managed a small profit
I'm having great difficulty putting these in order, but at the prices I've had a little EW on What A Warrior and I've dutched the other 3. Might even have a mad combi tricast.
3.20 - Hurricane Fly - EW - 10-1 managed 3rd for an Ew profit
My head says no but the heart wins over, and has been running well in Ireland. Not too much on though.
4.00 - Polly Peachum - EW 8-1 - Oh so close in a photo - EW profit again
The fav will most likely trot up here, but this one hasn't done too much wrong and had been progressing nicely until flopping over 3m when Fav last time - EW potential.
4.40 - Cause Of Causes - EW 8-1 An outright winner at last
A 13-2 shot when second in last year Kim Muir, has contested valuable chases since and is joint top rated with the fav.
5.15 - Thomas Crapper - 7-1 win (2nd ) - Dromnea 25-1 EW
I've been waiting for Thomas Crapper to returns here over 2m4f/2m5f - but so it seems has everyone else.
Dromnea has been running well in Ireland in condition chases (dobbing well).
Hcap debut today and might surprise.
