Any comments on today's racing. Please don't just put in selections ... please add some reason why you think a runner will win

I had time to look at the first race, assuming there are still 12 runners:

Then there are two that match the D.V, and one that matches the F.N.H, the form rankings are pretty much what is expected.

If I were to bet in this race I would consider a win only bet on Neville's Cross and two E/W bets on Special Brute and Elite Icon, there are no Mozan's in this race so looking at matches to the D.V and F.N.H with the V.H

The C.N has several possible matches to V.H, but nothing stands out to me

I know of someone who used there numerological given name to make selections which did throw up some interesting results

Yes ming1, I just used Racing Post, and used RPR, TS and OR to generate a basic combined rating and then ranked it, so the three ratings I put in were all free and in public domain, could really have used any, I looked at the last race today and came up with this:

I have run the last race today, and used ratings from Patternform to creating the Rank

Molliana is Top Ranked, with some Mozan support in the form of U.F, and Best Haaf with D.V match, but not Ranked high on form.

Few other angles of interest, but all depends on developing s systematic approach to making selections to put money on!

I have looked at the first race today and taken the PatternForm ratings for Multi, Speed and Ran To to create the Rank

A lot going on with the Mozan in this race, but the one that draws my eye is Goldslinger, Top Ranked on the Patternform ratings and highlighted with the U.F. An interesting E/W proposition. Dolly's Dot also of interest, Bertie Blake being in the top 3 in the market is also a reasonable one to consider

The DQ is a measure of the Data Quality, and gives an indication of how much data has been available to generate the Rank, 80% is high, so indicates that the ranking is based on a good amount of data.

Though the Mozan is interesting, I have not used it to place a bet as have not found any angle to follow, as yet.

The first race gave a winner and placed, I did place a small wager for a very nice return using the PatternForm ratings, I feel the need to donate, so will contact the webmaster shortly.

I took a look at the last race:

The obvious two are top rated and top in the market, being Estrela Star and Accessor, the one of interest to me is Star of Athena for an E/W wager

For the Mozan, there are two, Fennann and Doctor Jazz, with quite a few other Mozan connections to consider.

The 20:15 at Chelmsford City has quite a bit of Mozan matchtes and one Mozan:

Distant Applause would be the Mozan selection with a few other Mozan matches of note, if following the D.V matche method then the pick would be Englishman which is ranked 4th on form

The form picks would be Mercers and Jorvik Prince with Under Curfew an e/w possible selection

I'll also aim to calculate the first and last race and Dundalk, if I have time later

And here is the last race at Dundalk this evening:

Calling Time is the top Mozan pick with a match of the V.H with the F.N.H and is second rated on form rank, also has a U.F match.

Top form rank is Tanseeq, but has no Mozan match

Jorvik Prince is a classic example of a false fav,I don’t really understand the system,I can understand how Englishman won this by using the filters,of course you just have to analyse all the jockeys too as with any system.
