Clonmel

For Clonmel I'll be using my “Moneyform” approach, looking for runners who trade low (Reds and golds) most of the time. Also using going and distance filters.

2:00 – On first look (24+months only), Rebel Gold looks interesting dobbing in 6 of his 7 races, 4 of the last 4 red, the last one earlier this month in a maiden hurdle trading from 29 into 1.5 (18/1 sp – price in previous races 50/1 100/1 100/1 so some progress expected). Travelled well in that last race and is currently 10.0 on betfair.

What are your thoughts on Going today Martin. I always find going a conundrum, also I feel I often misread it. It is very warm with a decent breeze? will this dry it out to soft/G/s parameters?
Also I am sorry I am asking again, but what is Multi?

I will use Soft-G/s and all in between. 13 months Trip +1-1 Money up to 18 months. I will go on the belief the ground will be rapidly drying out.

14.00 Coolagh Park His last run is better than it looks, also this horse was highly touted on debut, only to not really fire. This has a chance on best form, the worry is will he put in his effort?

It's officially soft, soft to heavy in places so I'm not sure it will get to GS, but there might be patches of GS.
Multi was requested many moons ago and it is a combination if the speed and ranto, but for the life of me I can't remember how they are combined. Personally I never use it.

(Multi) Ahh I did think it was something along these lines as I have asked previously an age ago. I agree that thinking it will be Good/Soft is maybe stretching the imagination. Maybe I will have a re think

Rebel Gold traded down to 3.85 in second - maybe the 2.75 place would have been the better bet - ah well my lay was a bit lower.

2.30 by two to DOB - Michael's Pick (100) and Oneknightmoreihope (90)
Oneknightmoreihope could well lead or be prominent and Michael's Pick has plenty of dobbing form

.... both hit their dobbing price, and this time waiting at a lower price paid off with Oneknightmoreihope trading sub 14 for plenty

3.00 - De Bennette has great recent hurdle dobbing numbers from a BF prices of 13,13,14 and 70 so today's 34'ish looks doable.

... couldn't get low enough

3:30 - Chesterville - is lightly raced and only had it's first DOB on it's last hurdle starts, but he has dobbed in it's two chases (360 -> 14 and 11.9 -> 4.0). 14.0 available on BF

... need to learn to jump :(

15.30 Bitsandpieces stands out as a great bet for me today I am happy to to 5pts win 20pts place at these odds...

I had a wonderful trade out @ 1.6 for a small profit on the win side. and collect on the place. Happy enough.
