Opinion needed

Postby danny83 » Tue Jan 16, 2018 11:43 am

Hi guys. I've recently came up with a trading strategy but im looking for any ideas that could take the clouds out. It involves backing doubles with bookmaker at BOG then lay the first selection at 50% BSP in running.
I. e. Double: 3/1 and 4/1 paying 20/1 for 5 quids
Lay the first at evs for :?: :?: in order to ensure a profit but leave something for the second if the first one wins.
Any advice will be much appreciated

Hi there,

There are 4 possible scenarios with your bet;

(1) WIN/WIN
(2) WIN/LOSE
(3) LOSE/WIN
(4) LOSE/LOSE

SCENARIO 1

Double pays 100 points (20 x 5 point stake) = Won 100 points
Lay 1st selection in running @ evens for 20 points = Lost 20 points
Lay 2nd selection in running @ evens for 10 points = Lost 10 points
OVERALL = Won 70 points

SCENARIO 2

Double = Lost 5 points
Lay 1st selection in running @ evens for 20 points = Lost 20 points
Lay 2nd selection in running @ evens for 30 points = Won 30 points
OVERALL = Won 5 points

SCENARIO 3

Double = Lost 5 points
Lay 1st selection in running @ evens for 20 points = Won 20 points
Lay 2nd selection in running @ evens for 10 points = Lost 10 points
OVERALL = Won 5 points'

SCENARIO 4

Double = Lost 5 points
Lay 1st selection in running @ evens for 20 points = Won 20 points
Lay 2nd selection in running @ evens for 10 points = Won 10 points
OVERALL = Won 25 points

2 things to say, firstly are you going to be able to lay these selections @ evens during in running? Secondly in SCENARIO 2 the 2nd Lay points value is determined by the result of the 1st selection (which I hope is obvious)

This is the best I can do but a path I would not go down as not a lover of lay betting.
