Potential Value

Postby SLARKS » Fri Oct 26, 2018 10:37 am

First posting, so hoping to bring some value.

Newbury 4.00 Inexes - EW at 33/1.

Some potential value as its 5lb better off and down in class compared to the last time it ran 7f with Good to Soft ground.

Good luck for your bets today.

Hi there - are you sure about that last 7f GS run from Inexes.
On patternform using the 7f and GS filter it's last run under those condition was in a class 4 off a rating of 71 - he's 5 pound higher today off 76 and it's the same race class today (actually today is a 0-85, that last one was a 0-80)
It did finish 2nd and 3rd on it's last two runs under today's conditions so an EW is advisable as you noted

I prefer the unexposed look of Faraasah at 15's

Inexes missed the break and I misread the weights, so we were both perhaps doomed from the start, but today is another day and the bets are on.

I'm a new user of patternform, so not sure if I am using it right. I have laboriously gone through all the cards and today the best potential value I can see is:

Merhoob 20/1 Kempton 8.15

I am thinking that it might like to go back to AW, as it did the business at Chelmsford about 6 weeks ago. It doesn't seem to have been punished for that win in terms of weight, so it looks pretty good value to me for it's price, but perhaps I am missing something again :D

Good luck to you all today!

Sorry I missed this SLARKS - Merhoob 20/1 Kempton 8.15

Well backed SP was 9/1 (11.88 bf) - easily dobbed down to 3.6 and finished 3rd for the EW pickup - seems you have the hang of Patternform
